In addition, Fendler & Associates, Inc. is the leading provider of design and consulting services to the Saint Louis area’s lucrative historic rehabilitation market, including Federal and State historic tax incentive programs for projects in historic districts. Due to the specific requirements necessary to qualify for historic tax incentives, we provide complete project management of historic rehabs from initial project consultation through design, tax incentive application, and on-site construction management services. If your project is historic, but not a part of an existing historic district or listed in the National Register of Historic Places, then Fendler & Associates can provide assistance. Our staff historic preservation specialist is experienced in researching properties, preparing National Register nominations, and presenting nominations to the Missouri Advisory Council on Historic Preservation. Once a nomination is approved by the state, it can then be sent to the National Trust for consideration of listing in the National Register.
